If you are experiencing problems with your Kyocera Milano such as freeze ups etc, then you may want to consider performing a complete factory hard reset.
Make sure you backup your data or anything important.
Turn off your Kyocera Milano, then Press and hold Volume down + press and hold the Power key.
Press the Volume down key to select option to wipe data/factory reset.
You then have to Select Yes delete all user data and confirm with Menu key, then repeat it with wipe cache partition then select reboot now.
Confirmation key is MENU key.
